We’re gradually removing the Pause recruitment campaign option from Teamio. And we’re adding an option to set up individual job postings separately.
If you’re used to using the Pause recruitment campaign feature, you might feel a little lost for a while. Yes, it’s gradually disappearing from Teamio.
The good news is that you won’t just lose the ability to pause recruitment campaigns. On the contrary, you’re in for a change for the better – it will be possible to extend, terminate and republish a job posting on each portal separately.
Job postings are individual points of exposure within a recruitment campaign, which is the name used in Teamio, as you can see in the picture. (Advertisement = job posting)
How does it work?
For example, if you have one recruitment campaign on both Jobs.cz and Prace.cz, you can stop only one job posting and leave the other running. Yes, it really is that simple.
Cancellation of the Paused recruitment campaign tab
Because you will no longer be pausing or ending recruitment campaigns, but rather individual job ads (of which you may have several in a single recruitment campaign), the Paused tab will eventually disappear from your list of recruitment campaigns:
In the screenshot above you can see how it used to look.
You will now see all recruitment campaigns in the Active tab, where they will remain until you archive them.
We’ve improved the order and display of recruitment campaigns to make it easier for you to navigate, so you’ll find the most recent campaigns at the very top. And you’ll find older recruitment campaigns, where there are no longer any published job postings, further down the page, highlighted with gray shading. This makes it clear at a glance which recruitment campaigns are hot right now and which are dormant.
Why are we doing it
For you, this means greater control over where your job posting is currently displayed – and makes it easier to manage. If you were setting up a separate recruitment campaign for each job posting position, this will no longer be necessary. One recruitment campaign is enough and you only need to switch individual job portals.
